摘    要:由于电动汽车行驶工况的复杂性,电池箱的受力也复杂多变,往往需要具有足够的强度、刚度、抗振性等。基于某汽车主机厂的纯电动汽车电池结构项目,以HyperMesh为仿真工具,进行静力学分析和随机振动仿真,结构均未发生失效,并对比扫频试验得到的实际模态与仿真计算得到的模态,验证仿真结果的可靠性。

Abstract:Due to the complexity of the driving conditions of electric vehicles,the force of the battery box is also complex and variable,and so it is often necessary to have sufficient strength,rigidity and vibration resistance.This paper is based on the pure electric vehicle battery structure project of a car main engine factory.HyperMesh is used as the simulation tool to carry out static analysis and random vibration simulation.The structure is not failure,and the actual mode and simulation obtained by the frequency sweep test are compared.The calculated modality verifies the reliability of the simulation results.
