基于Ansys的履带销轴的载荷与应力分析

摘    要:根据履带式车辆中履带的受力状态,在一定的假设的前提下分析销轴的载荷状态,应用ANSYS的基本分析方法对履带销轴进行应力与变形分析,然后利用经典Hertz接触理论分析,研究分析结果,得出有限元分析模型建立对于ANSYS分析的影响。其分析方法和结果可广泛用于机械设备销轴的设计研究。

Abstract:According to the stress condition of the track in tracked vehicle, the load condition of the pin shaft is analyzed under certain assumptions. The stress and deformation analysis is conducted with the basic analysis method of ANSYS, and then the results are studied based on the classical Hertz contact theory, finally the influence of ANSYS analysis based on the building of finite element model is drawn. The analysis method and results can be widely used in mechanical equipment design and research on the pin shaft.
