摘    要:运用三维仿真软件(CFD)建立柴油机后处理系统(DOC+DPF)三维模型,分析了微粒捕集器孔道内部碳烟和灰分分布不均匀对其再生特性的影响。结果表明:排温较高时,“线性增加”型的碳烟分布再生温度温升速率快,再生效率高,“线性减少”型的碳烟分布温升速率较慢,峰值温度高,再生效率差;孔道进口末端灰分沉积越多,再生温度峰值和压降越大;非对称结构有利于降低DPF的再生压降和提升载体的再生效率,延长DPF寿命。

Abstract:3D simulation software(CFD)was used to build a 3D model of the diesel engine post-processing system(DOC+DPF),and the influence of the uneven distribution of soot and ash in the channel of the particle catcher on its regeneration characteristics was analyzed.The results show that when the exhaust temperature is high,the soot of"linear increase"type has a fast temperature rise rate and high regeneration efficiency at the regeneration temperature,while the soot of"linear decrease"type has a slow temperature rise rate,high peak temperature and low regeneration efficiency.The higher the ash deposition,the higher the peak value of regeneration temperature and pressure drop.The asymmetric structure can reduce the regeneration pressure drop of DPF,improve the regeneration efficiency of the carrier and prolong the life of DPF.
