| 摘 要： | 介绍了小型拖拉机综合性能自动测试系统的主要功能、硬件配置和软件设计。系统硬件由上位机、主控机和下位机三层组成,采用485总线作为通讯网络。下位机负责对检测数据的采集,上位机负责对检测数据的显示、保存、打印及数据库的维护等功能。测试软件采用VB6.0及数据库开发,实现了将上位机和下位机融为一体的软、硬件设计的突出特点。实验结果表明该系统性能优良、动态响应速度快,测试精度高,兼顾了测试过程的动态和静态性能,达到了农机管理部门对农用拖拉机的监理要求。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the main functions,hardware configuration and software design of the autotest system on small tractors is given.The hardware of autotest system is composed of three parts: host computer, main computer and slave computer. The communication network adopts RS-485 bus.The slave computer collects data and the host computer handles data. Language VB6.0 is used for programming in the software. The outstanding character of programming in hardware and software is combining master computer and slave computer. The experimental result shows that the performance of the system is excellent,the dynamic responding speed is fact, the surveying precision is high, the system gives consideration to the dynamic and static performance of test course. The system obtains satisfactory control result. |
