摘    要:为了辅助某自卸车车架的设计,对此车架进行了模型的简化与建立。依靠ANSYS对装配后的车架进行了全局与局部的网格划分;在此基础上对弯曲工况、扭转工况、制动工况以及过减速带工况这四种典型工况进行了车架应力与变形分析。通过对变形位移图与应力分布图的分析得出了车架容易出现失效的区域,从而为车架强度设计提供了依据。

Finite Element Analysis of a Dump Vehicle Frame Based on ANSYS

Abstract:In order to help design the frame of a certain dump vehicle, the model of this frame was simplified and established. Meshes of part and whole assembled frame were generated with the help of ANSYS. The bending condition, torsion condition, braking condition and speed-controlled hump running-across condition of frame were analyzed to get the stress distribution and deformation displacement. Regions which tend to lose effectiveness were found through the analysis of the results and thus frame strength design guidelines were obtained.
