摘    要:在大型煤矿乏风氧化装置运行过程中,存在着氧化装置内各个区域温度场分布不协调的情况。为了解决这个问题,在自行设计的煤矿乏风氧化装置实验台上进行了温度场分区控制实验。通过调节换向时间和各个区域煤矿乏风进口流量,实现对氧化装置温度场的协调控制。实验结果表明:增大某一区域进口流量调节阀开度可以提高其整体温度场的增加速度;调整某一区域上、下进口流量调节阀的开度差值和换向时间,可以有效地对温度场峰值偏移进行控制。

Abstract:During the operation of a large ventilation air oxidation device, the temperature fields of each area were uncoordinated. For solving this problem, an experimental rig of ventilation air oxidation device was developed to do the experiment of temperature field zone control. By adjusting the switching time and each zones ventilation air inlet flow rate, the coordinated control of the oxidation device temperature field was realized. The results of experiment showed that: a certain zone whole temperature field increment could be sped up by increasing its inlet flow regulation valves opening. A certain zone temperature field peak shift could be effectively controlled by adjusting the valve opening degree difference and switching time of its upper and lower inlet flow regulation valves.
