齿轮泵壳体爆裂问题原因分析与解决措施

摘    要:针对泵壳爆裂问题,鉴定了泵壳的材质,建立了泵壳有限元模型,对壳体设计强度进行了计算,分析了液压系统的工作原理,得出了造成该泵壳发生爆裂的主要原因是液压压力调节系统存在设计上的不合理。改进溢流阀结构,问题得到解决,在后续产品和已交付的产品中得到验证,效果良好。

Abstract:Aimed at the Gear-pump-shell's Crack, the material of the shell is identified, the intensity of the shell is simulated with ANSYS after a pump-shell FEM is established,and also the hydraulic system is analyzed. The cause of the crack is presented. After improving the relief valve, the problem is solved. It is proved the processing method is correct by the delivered and undelivered products.
