汽车自动变速器翻转架卡具的改进

为了消除实践教学过程中的不安全隐患,提高教学质量,美化教学环境,对现有的汽车自动变速器翻转架卡具进行了改进。重新设计了一种汽车自动变速器翻转架的卡具,取代了原来的卡具,它由弧形安装主梁、过渡安装板、T型连接架、横向吊梁等组成。改进后的汽车自动变速器翻转架卡具,通过弧形安装主梁与不同连接件的连接及各连接件与自动变速器的不同位置的连接,即可实现在翻转架上对不同类型的自动变速器进行解体和组装的操作。

Improvement in Automatic Transmission Turning Support Fixture

In order to eliminate the potential safety hazard during the process of teaching practice and improve the quality of teaching, a series of improvements were carried out. The improvements are as follow： redesigning a sort of automatic transmission turning support fixture to replace the original one. It comprises an arc - shaped in- stallation of main girder, transition plates, a T shaped link span and a horizontal hanging beam. After connecting an are - shaped installation of main girder with connectors and connecting them with diverse locations of automat- ic transmission, different kinds of automatic transmissions can be assembled and disassembled on this turning sup- port fixture.
