摘    要:在公司某款电动三轮车车架开发过程中引入有限元分析技术,应用UG NX10.0对电动三轮车车架在弯曲、制动、转弯三种典型工况下进行静态分析,并进一步对电动三轮车车架进行模态分析,分析结果对研发设计提供了理论依据,同时为后续车架改进设计提供了技术指导。

Abstract:The finite element analysis technology is introduced into the development of an electric tricycle frame.UG NX10.0 is applied to the static analysis of the electric tricycle frame under three typical working conditions of bending,braking and turning,and the modal analysis of the electric tricycle frame is further carried out.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of the design,and provide technical guidance for the subsequent frame improvement design.
