| Abstract: | Based on the experiment of seabuckthorn ＂flexible dam＂ in soft rock region,＂take seabuckthorn as ＇crops＇＂issued by Zhou Zhangyi and seabuckthorn development,the paper discussed the seabuckthorn resources development according with the basic principles of recycling economy,provided the chain-development frame model of seabuckthorn ecological industry and the ecological environment function preventing soil erosion.The paper also suggested building seabuckthorn ecological garden in minigully head of small watershed to explore seabuckthorn,and taking seabuckthorn ecological industry garden establishment as a new agricultural reform in soft rock region on loess plateau in the 21 century. |
