集成式SCR催化转化消声器的数值模拟和试验研究

摘    要:通过数值模拟和试验对比研究了某款集成式SCR催化转化消声器采用不同穿孔管位置布置形式对SCR催化转化消声器的压力损失、速度场分布及其NOx转化效率的影响。结果表明:穿孔管孔部分朝向SCR载体的穿孔管造成的压力损失比较小,且SCR前端面速度场分布也更加均匀;穿孔管不同位置布置对SCR的NOx转化效率有明显影响,在某些工况下,差异在10%以上。

Abstract:The influence of mounting position of the perforated pipes on the pressure loss,velocity distribution and NOx conversion efficiency of the SCR convertor muffler assembly was studied through numerical simulation and experiment.The results show that,the pressure loss caused by the perforated pipe with holes facing the SCR substrate is low.The mounting position of the perforated pipes has a significant effect on NOx conversion efficiency of SCR convertor muffler assembly.The difference of NOx conversion efficiency is above 10 percent between some operating conditions.
