电液自动变速器换挡冲击故障诊断技术探析

摘    要:通过对电控液力自动变速器换挡冲击形成因素分析,系统地总结了电控液力自动变速器换挡冲击的故障原因,并对故障诊断流程中发动机输出转矩性能测试、油压测试、数据流与示波器应用、电控单元匹配与基本设置、液压控制阀体的检查等关键诊断技术进行分析和经验总结。

Abstract:Based on studies of the formative factors of gearshift impact,the failure cause of harsh engagement in electro-hydraulic automatic transmission shift process was analyzed.The experiences for fault diagnosis were summarized,such as the dynamic performance test of engine,hydraulic test,data flow and oscilloscope application,and how to inspect valve body,and so on.
