| 摘 要： | 对WY3型挖掘机在试车施工过程中铲斗联动销轴突然断裂进行分析研究。虽然销轴本身热处理质量不过关,但是透过现象看到本质,阐明该销轴是由于受到巨大的异常外力而非本身热加工工艺不当造成的突然失效。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed and researched the abrupt failure of pin shaft in WY3 digger during trial construction process.Although the heat treatment quality was bellow standard,the real reason of abrupt failure of pin shaft was huge abnormal stress instead of improper hot working technology. |
