电控空气悬架试验系统设计及试验研究

摘    要:根据空气弹簧悬架试验的具体要求和实际条件,利用德国SHENCK公司生产的电液伺服激振系统,设计了1/4车辆模型空气弹簧悬架试验系统和相应的测控系统,该系统可以进行空气弹簧悬架的动态模拟和动静刚度试验,并在试验台上对空气弹簧刚度进行模糊神经控制。通过加控制和不加控制在相同路面激励下的试验数据对比分析,检验控制算法的有效性和可行性,为电控空气悬架的产品化提供技术储备和试验手段。

Abstract:A test system for the air suspension of a quarter-vehicle model has been designed according to the(performance) requirements when testing air spring suspension and the practical conditions.The electro-hydraulic servo(actuator) system from Germany compary of SHENCK is applied to the design of the test system.The dynamic simulation and the(stiffness) test of air suspension can be carried out in this test system.Fuzzy neural network control algorithms are applied to the stiffness control of air suspension in this system.Through analyzing the test data with and without control on the same road(input),the validity and feasibility of the control algorithms has been verified.It can provide a certain technology preparation and test method for the production of electro-control air(suspension.)
