摘    要:应用不确定度理论研究了交通事故中车速间接推算法的不确定度的评定方法。通过选择适当的输入参数作为不确定因素,分别计算各部分能量、动量对应等效速度的标准不确定度分量,然后通过不确定度的合成,最终得到车速间接推算结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,以此检验和理解推算结果的准确程度。并给出一个典型车速分析案例,验证了该方法的适用性。

Abstract:According to the uncertainty theory,the uncertainty evaluation algorithm for indirect caculation of vehicle velocity at traffic accident is established.Some proper factors are selected as the uncertain factors.The standard(uncertainty) of equivalent velocity that is correspondent to each part of energy and momentum is calculated.By combining the uncertainties,the compased standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of vehicle velocity indirect calculating are obtained finally.So the credibility of the calculation results can be verified by this way.A particular example is provided for examining the method.
