摘    要:应用PRO/E三维造型软件和ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了ZS1105柴油机机体的有限元模型,并对其进行结构强度的分析,找出应力集中的危险截面,得到了最佳设计方案,为该机体的改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:By applying Pro/E and ANSYS FEA software,the finite element model are built up for the cylinder block of ZS1105 diesel engine,and the strength analysis is achieved as to make sure the reasonless position and what to be(improved) at improved design.The influence of configuration factors on the fatigue strength of engine body is found.The best design of the crankshaft has been got by the analysis.The results can be used as a basis for the design and modification of(engine) body.
