| 摘 要： | 通过影响齿轮变形的热处理诸因素的正交试验,找出了减小齿轮变形的最佳热处理工艺。对新旧工艺生产的齿轮强度进行了对比试验研究,阐明了模数为3的齿轮,其共渗层深度减薄到0.6毫米最适宜。

| Abstract: | The optimum heattreatment procecssing toprevent defor- mation of gears was found by orthogonal test.The strength of gears produced by new proccessing is compared with that of the old.Aconelusion was obtained that the carbonitriding depth of a 3modul gear should be decreased to 0.6mm. |
