车辆碰撞速度对安全性影响的数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用有限元原理分析了汽车碰撞变形的节点位移,用变形刚度方法分析了正面碰撞的变形过程,通过分析汽车速度从48km/h提高到56 km/h与刚性墙正面碰撞的模拟车身变形结果,得出随着碰撞速度的增加,车身前端变形加大,驾驶室平均加速度也随着碰撞速度的提高而增加,当碰撞速度增加时应加强汽车车身自我保护区段的刚度,以保证乘员的安全的结论。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the pitch point displacement using the finite element principle which the automobile collision distorts with the distortion rigidity method analyzed the distortion results of automobile speed from 48 km/h enhances to 56 km/h with the collision speed increase,the automobile front body distorts enlarges,the cab mean acceleration also increases along with the collision speed,when collision speed increase should strengthen the automobile body to protect oneself the sector rigidity,and to guarantees crew member's safety.
