摘    要:应用Pro/E特征建模技术和HyperMesh前处理软件,建立了某多缸柴油机机体有限元实体模型。采用ADAMS动力学仿真软件模拟计算机体激振力,依照活塞行程进行离散等效施加,使激振力更加符合实际工况。在此基础上,应用ABAQUS软件计算原机机体的自由模态和强迫振动响应,确定了机体振动的薄弱区域。

Abstract:Pro/E characteristic modeling technology and pre-process software,HyperMesh,were used to establish finite element solid models of cylinder block of a multi-cylinder diesel engine.With the help of dynamics software,ADAMS,the excitation force of engine block was calculated based on the simulation.According to the piston stroke,the excitation force was imposed onto the diesel engine block equivalently to accord with the actual working condition.On this basis,the free modes and forced vibration responses are analyzed with the aid of ABAQUS,and the vibration weakness field of the engine block is determined ultimately.
