The development of agricultural mechanization had got remarkable achievement in Changtu, led by purchasing agricultural machinery subsidy policy. Farmers’ enthusiasm for purchasing agricultural machinery ran unprecedentedly high, and consciousness of using mechanization planting was enhancing.In this paper it introduced the implementation of purchasing agricultural machinery subsidy in Changtu, so as to find the problems in the process of purchasing agricultural machinery and offer a proposal.
