| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济不断发展和进步,地方农业科研院所的发展也越来越好。介绍和分析地方农业科研院所在创新科研管理方面的相关问题,提出转变服务理念和注重过程管理、创新人才培养、加强档案管理等新思路,以期为今后开展相关研究提供有益的参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development and progress of China's social economy,the development of local agricultural research institutes is getting better and better.This paper introduces and analyzes the related problems in the innovative scientific research management of the local agricultural research institutes,and puts forward some new ideas such as changing the service concept,paying attention to the process management,cultivating innovative talents and strengthening the archives management,in order to provide useful reference for the relevant research in the future. |
