微波助[Bmim]Cl离子液体中玉米秸秆稀酸水解糖化

摘    要:该文以玉米秸秆为原料,稀硫酸为催化剂,在Bmim]Cl离子液体介质中,用微波辐射加热促进纤维素的水解。探索硫酸的质量分数、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、微波辐射温度及离子液体用量等因素对还原糖收率的影响。结果表明:在微波功率为600W,微波时间为60min,微波温度为85℃,离子液体Bmim]Cl的用量为5.0mL时,硫酸质量分数为10%的条件下,还原糖收率达到最大值21.36%;与油浴加热方法相比较,采用微波辐射加热能够提高还原糖收率。

Abstract:Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature,microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid Bmim]Cl by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that the best conditions of acid hydrolysis were as follows:microwave irradiation temperature 85 ℃,microwave irradiation time 60 min,microwave irradiation power 600 W and sulfuric acid amount 10.0%,and the yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 21.36% obviously higher than traditional dilute acid hydrolysis method.
