摘    要:针对当前水肥一体化技术中首部加压系统通常建设在泵房内,体积庞大、投资成本高且难以更改移动等问题,设计了一种能实现移动、远程遥控为一体的移动式灌溉施肥机。该系统利用小车和灌溉施肥装置相结合,在车底盘上放置水肥一体化设备和远程控制器,实现小面积农田上的移动灌溉施肥;使用遥控器控制,可实现对汽油泵、肥料罐的开关操作及灌溉片区的选择功能。试验表明,该系统体积小,经济耐用,能够准确移动至所需灌溉区域,并实现手动或远程控制水肥灌溉。

Abstract:In view of problems that the first pressurization system in water-fertilizer integration technology was usually built in a pump room,which was bulky,high in investment cost and difficult to change movement,a mobile fertilization irrigation that could realize mobile and remote control was designed.The system used a combination of a car and a fertilizing irrigation device to place a water-fertilizer integrated device and a remote controller on a car chassis to realize mobile irrigation and fertilization on a small area of farmland.Remote controller could control switching of gasoline pump and fertilizer tank operation and irrigation area selection function.Experiments showed that the system was small,economical and durable,able to accurately move to desired irrigation area,and to achieve manual or remote control of water and fertilizer irrigation.
