摘    要:目前农业工程研究生的课程学习大多满足于学分的完成,课程学习兴趣不高,且大多研究集中在导师的课题研究和个人科研成果的完成,缺乏在新工科背景下科技创新能力的培养和提升,该文在研究生课程设置、内容设置、教材出版和课题设置等方面增加仿生相关课程及创新内容,并在教学实践中逐步实施,取得了显著成效。培养实践表明,仿生创新思维培养与实践激发研究生学习和科研兴趣,拓展课题研究创新思路和方法,取得了良好的学习成效,为农业工程研究生的人才培养提供了新思路和新方法。

Abstract:At present,most of agricultural engineering graduate students′ course learning is satisfied with credits,and their interest in learning is not high.Most of graduate students′ research focuses on topic research of tutor and completion of personal scientific research achievements,which lacks cultivation and improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability under background of emerging engineering education.Bionics related courses and innovative contents were added in postgraduate curriculum,content setting,textbook publishing and topic setting,and were gradually implemented in teaching practice,and achieved remarkable results.Training practice showed that cultivation and practice of bionic innovative thinking could stimulate postgraduates′ interest in learning knowledge and scientific research,expand innovative ideas and methods of subject research,and obtain good learning results,which could provide new ideas and methods for cultivation of agricultural engineering graduate students.
