热泵干燥技术研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:阐述了热泵技术的国内外研究现状及热泵技术在谷物和果蔬等产品干燥加工中的应用,分析现有热泵干燥技术的优点及不足,并结合当前热泵干燥所存在的问题,提出变频技术、回热利用技术和组合干燥技术的综合应用是热泵干燥技术未来发展的主要趋势。

Abstract:Research status of heat pump technology both in China and other countries and its application in dry processing of grain,fruit and vegetable products were described.Advantages and disadvantages of the existing heat pump drying technology were analyzed.Combined with existing problems of heat pump drying,it was proposed that application of frequency conversion technology,heat recovery technology and combined drying technology was the main trend of heat pump drying technology in the future.
