摘    要:针对我国玉米秸秆收储、利用难及现有秸秆收获机械可靠性低、适应性差等问题,从切割揉碎打捆理论与试验研究角度,探明秸秆切割揉碎打捆作业技术。设计了一种对田间直立、铺放或散状整株玉米秸秆可一次性完成切割、揉碎、输送和打捆作业的牵引式玉米秸秆切割揉碎方捆打捆机。对牵引架、切割揉碎装置、网筛式物料导流装置和压缩打捆装置等关键部件进行了结构设计,并开展了样机试制及试验。试验结果表明,样机破节揉碎率91.3%,成捆率99.0%,秸秆捆密度167 kg/m3,规则秸秆捆率95.6%,秸秆捆抗摔率93.5%,样机作业性能良好,符合相关标准要求。研究成果实现了直立、铺放或散状整株玉米秸秆切割、揉碎和打捆一体化技术融合,可为秸秆打捆机的设计提供参考依据。

Design and Test of a Traction Type Corn Stalk Cutting and Crushing Rectangular Baler
Abstract:In view of difficulties in storage and utilization of corn stalks in our country,low reliability and poor adaptability of existing straw harvesting machinery,from perspective of cutting,crushing and baling theory and experimental research,operation technology of straw cutting,crushing and baling was proved.A traction type corn stalk cutting,crushing and rectangular baling machine which could cut,crush,convey and bundle whole corn stalks in one time for upright,laid or loose corn stalks in field was designed.Structural design of key components such as traction frame,cutting and crushing device,mesh-type material guide device,compression and bundling device were carry out,and prototype was trial-produced and tested.Test results showed that broken knots and shredding rate of prototype was 91.3%,bale rate was 99.0%,density of straw bales was 167 kg/m3,regular straw bales rate was 95.6%,and anti-drop rate of straw bales was 93.5%.Prototype had good operating performance and could meet requirements of relevant standards.Research results had realized integration of cutting,crushing and bundling of whole corn stalks,and could provide a reference for design of straw balers.
