播种机防缠绕装置设计与应用

摘    要:随着保护性耕作技术的不断推广,免耕播种机得到了越来越广泛的应用。为解决免耕环境下作物秸秆和残茬会对播种性能产生不利影响的问题,设计了一种搅龙式防缠绕装置,介绍了其工作原理和工作组成,并开展了田间试验。试验结果表明,防缠绕装置可有效将麦秸分开,作业时不打土,可降低扬尘且动力消耗小。防缠绕装置整体作业性能良好,配套免耕播种机使用对促进保护性耕作技术推广有重要意义。

Design and Application of Anti-winding Device for Seeder
Abstract:With continuous promotion of conservation tillage technology,no-tillage seeder has been more and more widely used.In order to solve problem that crop straw and stubble would have adverse effect on sowing performance under no-tillage environment,an auger type anti-winding device was designed.Working principle and composition of anti-winding device were introduced,and field experiment was carried out.Experiment results showed that anti-winding device could effectively separate wheat straw and reduce dust and power consumption without breaking soil during operation.Anti-winding device has good overall performance,it is of great significance to promote popularization of conservation tillage technology when it is used together with no-tillage seeder.
