| 摘 要： | 发展现代农业是资源型城市转型升级中的重要措施之一。选取东营市作为研究对象，通过分析其农业发展中存在的不足和“互联网+”时代下面临的机遇，从完善农产品的流通模式和夯实基础设施，实现技术创新、培育新农人及信息平台的搭建，并为传统农业金融改革方面提出资源型城市发展现代化农业的对策。

| Abstract: | Developing modern agriculture is one of the important measures in transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities.Dongying city was a case to analyze shortcomings in development of agriculture and the opportunities faced by the “Internet +” era from perfecting circulation mode of agricultural products and consolidating infrastructure，realizing technology innovation，cultivating new farmers and building information platform.And countermeasures for development of modern agriculture in resource-oriented cities in the aspect of traditional agricultural financial reform were put forward. |
