城乡一体化进程中土地集约利用程度多因素综合评价——以贵州省为例

使用先进的技术来管理土地可以使资源利用最大化，增加生产效率。由于土地资源的有限性，社会经济发展将不断凸显土地资源的稀缺性特征。土地集约利用将是解决土地供需矛盾的重要方面，合理规划与利用可以有效避免资源保护与社会发展之间的矛盾。该文以贵州省社会经济发展数据为基础，采用层次分析法（AHP）构建指标体系，并通过多因素综合评价法，对贵州省6个代表性市区的土地集约利用水平进行评价分析。 

Multi-factors Comprehensive Evaluation of Land Intensive Use Level in Process of Urban-rural Integration:Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

Using advanced technology to manage land can maximize resource utilization and increase production efficiency.Due to the limited nature of land resources，social and economic development will continue to highlight scarcity of land resources.Intensive land use will be an important aspect to solve contradiction between land supply and demand.Rational planning and utilization can effectively avoid contradiction between resource protection and social development.Based on the data of social and economic development in Guizhou province，land intensive use level of six representative urban areas were evaluated and analyzed by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.
