糙米水分微波检测的影响因素分析及模型构建

摘    要:为快速、无损及连续测量糙米水分,该文设计一种微波水分检测装置。分析了环境因素、糙米物性等对水分检测精度的影响。试验结果表明:环境温湿度、糙米密度对检测精度影响较小;随着温度升高,糙米的水分活度增加,对微波的吸收能力也随之增加;样品池的最优检测厚度为50 mm;建立以糙米温度和微波电压为自变量,糙米水分为因变量的水分预测模型。该文可为稻米加工调湿润糙的自动化处理提供技术参考。

Abstract:In order to measure moisture content of brown rice quickly,nondestructively and continuously,a microwave moisture detection device was designed.Effects of environmental factors and physical properties of brown rice on the accuracy of moisture detection were analyzed.Experimental results showed that ambient temperature,humidity and brown rice density had little influence on detection accuracy, with the increase of temperature,water activity of brown rice increased,and the microwave absorption ability increased,optimal detection thickness of sample pool was 50 mm,a moisture prediction model was established with brown rice temperature and microwave voltage as independent variables and brown rice moisture as dependent variables.It provided a technical reference for automatic treatment of rice wetting and roughening.
