| Abstract: | The collinear large-scale production of whole powder technology and equipment using potato，sweet potato and purple potato as raw materials were studied.Production technology process and equipment characteristics of each work link were explained.It could realize purpose of multi-purpose and multi-purpose processing of various raw materials. |
