摘    要:对以马铃薯、甘薯、紫薯为原料的共线规模化生产全粉技术和装备进行了研究。阐述了生产技术流程以及各工作环节的工艺、装备特点。可实现多种原料加工一机多用、产品多样化的目的。

Abstract:The collinear large-scale production of whole powder technology and equipment using potato,sweet potato and purple potato as raw materials were studied.Production technology process and equipment characteristics of each work link were explained.It could realize purpose of multi-purpose and multi-purpose processing of various raw materials.
