摘    要:近些年,智慧农业的发展越来越快,在提高工作效率和作业精准方面的要求也越来越高。从全球智能农机传感器和机器人专利申请层面对专利全球分布、申请人及技术领域的聚焦状况进行了综合分析,了解掌握了当前全球在智能农机领域的发展状况、技术情况以及重点企业情况。当前全球农业传感器专利申请总量为8.4万余件,国外在农业传感器部件领域申请量较多,国内在物联网系统方面的专利较多。农业机器人全球专利申请超过1万件,我国在该领域的专利申请量较高。

Abstract:Recent years,development of smart agriculture is getting faster,and requirements for improving work efficiency and accuracy are also getting higher.Global distribution,applicants and technical fields were synthetically analyzed from perspective of global sensor and robot patents of intelligent agricultural machinery,development status,technology status and key enterprise status of intelligent agricultural machinery were understood.Number of applications for agricultural sensor patents was more than 84 000,most applications were sensor parts in foreign countries,there were more patents of internet of things system in China.There were more than 10 000 applications for agricultural robots in the world,and China had a high number of patent applications in this field.
