热泵干燥机研究现状及展望

摘    要:热泵系统作为一种节能装置已在加热、冷却和除湿等领域取得了广泛应用。为提高热泵系统的性能,有很多学者对热泵系统进行了改进,并将其与其他机械装置相结合,取得了显著成果和广泛应用。大量试验结果表明,热泵干燥机可有效控制干燥温度、相对湿度、产品含水率、干燥风速和干燥时间等因素,从而确保产品质量。由于其低温干燥特性,十分适用于食品和农业产品的干燥。

Abstract:Heat pump system as an energy-saving device had been widely used in heating,cooling and dehumidification.In order to improve performance of heat pump system,many scholars had improved heat pump system and combined it with other mechanical devices,and achieved remarkable results and wide applications.A large number of experimental results showed that heat pump dryer could control drying temperature,relative humidity,product moisture content,drying speed,drying time and other factors to ensure product quality.Due to its low temperature drying characteristics,it is very suitable for food and agricultural products drying.
