“互联网+”背景下农村电子商务发展现状及创新策略

市场经济下我国经济水平突飞猛进，我国未来农业已朝着农村电子商务方向发展。农民想要提升生活水平，不但要提高产品质量和提升服务水平，同时也急需农村电子商务平台对农村农业的情况做出改善。该文阐述了我国新农村建设中电子商务的重要作用，对江苏沙集镇所反映出的目前我国农村电子商务的运营情况进行剖析，找出存在问题的原因，提出一系列改善我国农村电子商务问题的建议，以期通过创新，实现提升农民生活水平、提升农村经济和发展农村电子商务的多重目标。 

Development Status and Innovation Strategy of Rural E-commerce under Background of‘Internet+’

Under market economy，our country′ s economic level is advancing by leaps and bounds，and future agriculture of our country has been developing towards direction of rural e-commerce. Farmers want to improve their living standards，not only to improve product quality and enhance service level，but also urgently need rural e-commerce platform to improve rural agriculture. Important role of electronic commerce in construction of new rural areas in China was expounded，operation of rural e-commerce in China，reflected in the Jiangsu sand town，was analyzed.Reasons for problems were found out，and a series of suggestions to improve problems of rural e-commerce in China were put forward to achieve multiple goals of improving living standard of farmers，promoting rural economy and developing rural e-commerce through its innovation.
