35%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂对冬小麦生长发育的影响和根腐病、金针虫的防控试验

摘    要:为试验35%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂对冬小麦出苗、农艺性状和防治小麦根腐病、金针虫的防效、产量等的影响,以小麦品种石新828为试验品种,在2016—2017年进行田间试验。设置每100 kg种子35%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂3种不同药种质量比(58.3、87.5和175 g/100 kg种子)进行研究,以确定使用药量。结果表明,各药剂处理对小麦均不产生药害,出苗安全,增强了小麦植株素质,成熟安全。各药剂处理对小麦病虫害的防效相当,差异不显著。与空白对照(CK)相比,58.3、87.5和175 g/100 kg包衣处理小麦增产率分别为5.55%、6.45%和7.77%,对照药剂处理的增产率分别为5.41%、5.13%和5.27%,均与CK差异显著。生产中推荐35%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂应用于小麦生产的最佳用药量为87.5 g/100 kg包衣。

Abstract:In order to test effects of 35% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam seed coating agent on emergence and agronomic traits of winter wheat and prevention and control effects of wheat root rot and wireworms,wheat variety of Shixin 828 was taken as tested variety, field experiments were conducted from 2016~2017.3 different drug seed mass ratios were set(58.3,87.5 and 175 g/100 kg seed)to determine the most appropriate dosage.Results showed that all pesticides did not produce phytotoxicity on wheat, wheat sprouted safely, wheat plant quality was enhanced, and wheat was mature and safe.Effects of different treatments on wheat diseases and insect pests were similar with no significant difference.Compared with blank control trial (CK),yield increase rate of 58.3,87.5 and 175 g/100 kg were 5.55%,6.45% and 7.77%,respectively.Yield increase rate of medicaments were 5.41%, 5.13% and 5.27%,respectively,difference was significant compared to controlled.Optimum dosage for wheat was 87.5 g/100 kg coating when 35% difenoconazole fludioxonil thiamethoxam suspension seed coating was used.
