| 摘 要： | 教育国际化给各行各业带来新的机遇和挑战，尤其对农业工程专业学生的英语口语表达和英语书面写作方面产生了较大的冲击。过硬的英语口语表达和英语书面写作能力是农业工程专业学生不可或缺的能力，这两种能力在毕业生的就业竞争力上也举足轻重。从农业工程专业学生英语口语表达和英语书面写作的就业要求出发，对农业工程专业学生英语就业要求进行了调查，探讨提高农业工程专业毕业生就业竞争力的方法，以及如何更好地满足英语就业要求，提高就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Internationalization of education brings new opportunities and challenges to all walks of life，especially for agricultural engineering students，which has a great impact on oral English expression and written English.Excellent English oral and writing skills are indispensable for agricultural engineering majors，and these two abilities also play a significant role in the employment competitiveness of graduates.Starting from employment requirements of students′ oral English and written English for agricultural engineering majors，requirements of English employment for agricultural engineering students were investigated.Methods to improve employment competitiveness of agricultural engineering graduates，better meet requirements of English employment and improve competitiveness of employment were discussed. |
