| 摘 要： | 农业是我国立国之本，直接关乎我国经济持续增长，发展农业现代化，加强农业水利工程建设是必然选择。农业水利工程项目涉及内容较为多样，各环节之间联系密切，容易受到客观因素影响加剧施工成本，如何降低工程项目施工成本，对于工程项目效益增长具有重要促进作用。分析了农业水利工程项目特点及施工成本控制存在的问题，提出了优化措施，以期降低工程项目施工成本，带来更大的经济效益，促进农业健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is basis of our country，which is directly related to sustained economic growth of our country.In development of agricultural modernization，it is an inevitable choice to strengthen construction of agricultural water conservancy projects.Agricultural water conservancy project is more diverse and closely related to each link，it is easily affected by influence of objective factors as thus aggravate construction cost.How to reduce construction cost of agricultural water conservancy project has an important role in promoting benefit growth.Characteristics of agricultural water conservancy projects and problems in construction cost control were analyzed，and optimization measures were put forward，in order to reduce construction cost of projects and bring more economic benefits，and promote healthy and sustainable development of agriculture. |
