| 摘 要： | 我国是农业大国，国家对“三农”工作的重视程度不断加大。农村电子商务有利于优化农村资源配置，提升农村经济发展水平。然而，当前农村电子商务发展也存在一些突出制约因素，该文对这些问题进行了分析并给出了具有针对性的合理有效解决方案。

| Abstract: | China is a large agricultural country，and attaches more and more importance to agriculture，rural areas and farmers.Rural e-commerce is conducive to optimize allocation of rural resources and improve level of rural economic development.However，development of current rural e-commerce has some prominent constraints，these constraints were analyzed and some reasonable and effective solutions were given. |
