食品安全法律制度下食用菌农药残留含量检测方法

摘    要:为保证我国食用菌质量安全,提出食品安全法律制度下食用菌农药残留含量检测方法。在食品安全国家标准制度下,分析农药残留情况,获取农药残留含量限制指标,并参照食品安全法律制度《食品中农药最大残留限量》进行食用菌样品处理,在气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法以及其他检测方法中选取气相色谱法,对食用菌样品中农药残留含量进行检测,分析样品中农药残留含量可知,农药的来源对于减少食用菌产品农药残留含量非常必要,所提方法有效提升了食用菌产品安全。

Abstract:In order to ensure the quality and safety of edible fungi in my country, a method for the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungi under the food safety legal system is proposed. Under the national food safety standard system, analyze pesticide residues, obtain pesticide residue content limit indicators, and process edible fungi samples with reference to the food safety legal system "Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods". Use gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography to process edible fungi samples. As well as other detection methods, gas chromatography is selected to detect the pesticide residue content in the edible fungus samples. The analysis of the pesticide residue content in the sample shows that the source of the pesticide is very necessary to reduce the pesticide residue content of the edible fungus product. The proposed method effectively improves the food Bacteria products are safe.
