农机深松整地作业远程监控技术示范应用与效果评价

摘    要:为有效解决农机深松整地作业人工查验工作量大、工作效率低、抽查范围小及监管难度大等问题,示范推广了集物联网、大数据应用为一体的农机深松整地作业远程监控技术,结合田间试验进行校验,在北京郊区推广应用5 500 hm2。结果表明:与实际作业深度相比,在20、25和30 cm耕深处远程监测平均误差分别为0.590、0.555和0.595 cm,作业深度监测误差≤2 cm;与实际作业面积相比,远程监测平均误差为2.19%,精确度达到97%。分析了应用过程中存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的解决措施。远程监控技术在北京市农机深松作业中的应用,为深松整地作业补贴提供了科学量化依据,作业质量与作业面积监测能够满足农机监管的需要。

Demonstration Application and Effect Evaluation of Remote Monitoring Technology for Agricultural Machinery Subsoiling and Land Preparation Operation
Abstract:In order to effectively solve problems of heavy manual inspection workload,low work efficiency,small spot check scope and difficult supervision of agricultural machinery subsoiling and land preparation operation,remote monitoring technology of agricultural machinery subsoiling and land preparation operation integrating Internet of Things and big data application was demonstrated and popularized,verified in combination with field experiments,and 5 500 hm2 was popularized and applied in the suburbs of Beijing.Results showed that,compared with actual operation depth,average error of remote monitoring was 0.590,0.555,and 0.595 cm at 20,25,and 30 cm tillage depths,respectively,and operation depth monitoring error was ≤2 cm.Besides,compared with area,average error of remote monitoring was 2.19%,and accuracy was 97%.Main problems were analyzed in application processing,and targeted solutions were proposed.Application of remote monitoring technology in the agricultural machinery subsoiling and land preparation operation in Beijing provided a scientific and quantitative basis for subsidies on it.Monitoring of operation quality and work area could meet needs of agricultural machinery supervision in practical applications.
