低速运输车用离心式稳压发电机设计

摘    要:低速运输车用离心式稳压发电机把皮带轮与离心式转子壳设计为一体,转子壳内侧嵌有多块永磁材料,定子铁芯压装在安装支架的中心孔轴上。当转子转动时,磁场旋转,电枢绕组切割磁力线,产生电动势。采用三相半波可控整流稳压器使发电机输出电压稳定在规定范围内,解决了低速运输车在宽转速、变负载工况下输出电压不稳定的问题。

Abstract:Pulley and centrifugal rotor shell of centrifugal stabilivoh generator of low-speed carrier vehicle were designed as a whole, with many blocks of permanent magnet materials inlaying in the inside of rotor shell, and the stator core is press-fit in the center of the hole axis of the mounting bracket. When the rotor is rotating, magnetic field rotating, armature windings cutting magnetic lines, electromotive force is generated. Three-phase half-wave controlled rectifier regulator makes the generator output voltage steady in the specified scope, solving the problem of unstable output voltage of the low-speed carrier vehicle in the wide speed and variable load conditions.
