摘    要:为了研究水润滑可倾瓦轴承的综合性能,以五瓦可倾瓦轴承作为研究对象,系统性地研究并分析了该水润滑轴承在不同结构参数下的动静特性.基于有限差分数值解法求解雷诺方程,分析了不同结构参数对水润滑可倾瓦轴承的最小水膜厚度、轴颈偏心率、Sommerfeld数及动力特性系数等性能参数的影响.研究结果表明:增大轴承的长径比或预负荷系数都可以提高水润滑可倾瓦轴承的承载特性;当转子不需要逆转时,采用瓦块支点偏置设计,当支点偏置率在0.6左右时水润滑可倾瓦轴承的性能较佳;适当加大承载瓦的瓦块张角有利于提高轴承的稳定性和承载能力.

Abstract:In order to study the performance of water lubricated tilting pad bearing,the five-pad tilting pad bearing was chosen as the research object.The static and dynamic characteristics of the water lubricated bearing under different structural parameters were systematically analyzed.The Reynolds equation was solved based on FDM(finite difference method).The influence of various parameters on the minimum water film thickness,the eccentricity of journal,the Sommerfeld number and the dynamic coefficients were obtained by numerical simulation.The results show that the carrying capacity and stability of the bearings can be improved by increasing the length-diameter ratio or preload coefficient.In the rotor system without reversing,the bias design of pad fulcrum could be adopted,and the performance of the bearing is better when the bias rate of the fulcrum is about 0.6.Appropriately increasing the pad angle of the bearing pad is beneficial to the improving the stability and capacity of the bearing.
