侧向进水泵站进水池流态改善措施研究

摘    要:【目的】研究水泵进水池的流态对水泵进水条件的影响。【方法】结合南通地区某侧向进水泵站,利用CFD数值模拟了该泵站工程潜没式进水池的流态状况。【结果】在进水池内添加隔墩、立柱等整流措施,可以改善进水池的流态,为吸水管创造了良好的进水条件。【结论】研究成果为同类泵站工程进水池的改造提供一定的参考价值。

Study on Improvement Measures of Flow Pattern in Inlet Water Pumping Station

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the flow pattern of the pump intake sump on the pump inlet conditions.【Method】 this paper combined with a lateral water intake pump station in Nantong area. using CFD numerical simulation to simulate the flow state of the submerged intake sump of the pump station project. 【Result】It was proposed to add rectification measures such as dividers and columns in the intake sump to improve the flow state of the intake sump and create a good inlet condition for the suction pipe. 【Conclusion】The research results provide a certain reference value for the reconstruction of the intake sump of similar pumping stations.
