| Abstract: | The main problems existed in current water price system in Simashan irrigation project in Anhui province was analyzed and discussed sufficiently. Based on real situation of the project and a principle of parting reasonably total project investment and annual operating cost into irrigation, flood control and navigation, theoretical water price of the project is calculated scientifically with basal principles of covering all cost and levying same fee for same water. The method of levying water fee is analyzed and several suggestions are presented in the paper. |
