麦后移栽棉生育及生理特性对水分亏缺的响应

摘    要:在防雨棚测坑试验条件下,研究了不同生育阶段水分亏缺对麦后移栽棉生长发育及生理特性的影响。结果表明,蕾期水分亏缺抑制了植株的正常生长发育,棉花株高、茎粗和叶面积指数等生长发育指标均随水分亏缺程度的增大而减小,而花铃期水分亏缺对其影响较小;在植株快速生长阶段,蕾铃数和叶面积指数呈现良好的对数正相关关系,决定系数达到0.90以上;不论蕾期还是花铃期,与对照处理相比,水分亏缺均显著提高了叶片可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)的质量分数,且随水分亏缺程度的增大而增大,进而限制了蕾铃的正常生长发育,复水后可溶性糖与MDA均降低至与对照无明显差异的程度。

Abstract:The influences of water deficit at the different growing stages on growth and physiological characteristics of transplanted cotton following wheat harvest were studied in lysimeters under a rainshelter.The results showed that normal growth and development of plant was suppressed by water deficit at the bud stage,the plant growth indexes such as height,stem diameter and leaf area index were decreased with water deficit increasing,but the effect of water deficit on them was small at the flowering and boll-setting stage.There was a logarithm positive correlation with determination coefficient above 0.90 between the number of bud and boll and leaf area index.No matter the bud stage or flowering and boll-setting stage,water deficit greatly improved soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of leaves compared with control treatment,and soluble sugar content and MDA content increased with water deficit which inhibited the normal development of cotton bolls.After rewatering,soluble sugar and MDA content reduced,while no obvious differences existed between the rewatered treatment and control treatment.This study will provide a physiological basis for high efficient water management in transplanted cotton following wheat harvest.
