| 摘 要： | 在灌区改造规划资料统计的基础上 ,拟建了一套涵盖较全面的指标和指标分级体系 ,利用附加动量 /自适应学习率的改进 BP算法 ,建立一个人工神经网络综合评价模型 ,并对二个实际灌区进行评价。模型具有突出体现目标、灵敏反映差异 ,收敛快等特点。

| Abstract: | Reconstruction of large scale irrigation districts will start nationwide and will last about 15 years. A set of guidelines was developed with artificial neural network for evaluating reconstruction effects. The results of using developed model to two practical irrigation district showed that the guidelines were reasonable, objective and practicable. |
