摘    要:针对我国复杂的水生态状况,建立了一套水生态区划理论方法,并提出全国水生态区划方案。遵照区域相关性原则、协调原则、主导功能原则和分级区划原则,采用三级分区的思路,综合气候、地理、水资源条件、人类活动影响及生态功能类型等诸多因素,详细阐述各级分区的划分依据、命名与编码原则。基于对全国范围内主要水生态系统特征、人类活动影响及水生态类型的认识,将全国划分为6个一级区、34个二级区和130个三级区。

Abstract:For the complicated aquatic ecotypes and ecological problems,a full set of scientific theoretical method of aquatic ecological regionalization is established.Meanwhile,a complete scheme of aquatic ecological regionalization in China is proposed.The study aims at implementing ecological and environmental zone management and conservation effectively on the basis of different aquatic ecotypes.Under the direction of scientific outlook on development and the thought of people living in harmony with nature,the detailed regionalization basis,nomenclature and code rule are expatiated.Regional relevance principle,coordination principle,dominate ecological function principle and grade regionalization principle are followed,and the thought of three sub-regions of regionalization is employed.Multiple factors are analysed synthetically such as climatic characteristic,geographical position and water resource condition,effect of human activity and ecological structure and function type.Exactly,the scheme of aquatic ecological regionalization in China is based on the profound cognition of physical geographic characteristic,effect of human activity and major aquatic ecosystems.There are 6 regions,which are obtained for consideration of the difference in spatial and temporal distribution of natural conditions.Based on these,34 subregions are procured upon the principles of water resources zoning and ecological function regionalization in China.Further,130 sections are got mainly considering the dominate ecological function combined with the third grade unit of catchment water resources zoning.
