| 摘 要： | 自由侧翻式拍门是近几年来研发的一种新型、节能型产品,目前主要采用DN1200及以下口径的拍门,DN2000的大口径拍门也在东深供水泵站有过尝试,情况尚好。为满足目前大型泵站拍门更新改造需要,研究了大口径自由侧翻式拍门的结构、运行时的开启角和闭门时的撞击力,并以南昏泵站DN2200的拍门为例,针对单扇平板、双扇平板、带腹板双扇柱形、无腹板双扇柱形4种形式拍门,计算了开启角及撞击力。研究表明:①将大口径自由侧翻式拍门分成对称的二扇,可大大减小撞击力;②双扇拍门的撞击力差不多;③双扇柱形拍门可以增大运行时的开启角,无腹板的双扇柱形拍门增大的效果更明显。
