| 摘 要： | 阐述了区域干旱现象的一般特征及其在我国开展研究分析的重要性和必要性,简要分析了目前国内外关于区域干旱期供水工程运行研究的一些特征状况;针对区域干旱特征和供水工程风险研究目标,在具体描述可靠性、恢复能力及易损性等3个重要的干旱特征指标的基础上,总结比较了2种典型的表达区域干旱特征和风险分析内容的观点及方法。

| Abstract: | The general character of regional drought was described, and the importance and necessity for making researches on drought problem in China were stressed. Domestic and abroad situations of researches in water resources engineering operation during drought were analyzed. According to regional drought character and purpose of water resources engineering risk researches, the paper made a comparison between two kinds of methodologies of characterizing regional drought and analyzing risk of regional water supply, on basis of expounding three main indexes of expressing drought character, generally called reliability, resilience and vulnerability. |
