摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对容积为10 m<'3>、不同宽深比(0.5、1和2)、不同壁厚(12、16、21、27、31和36 mm)的中空PVC板材缠绕式水窖进行空间结构应力分析,以造价最低为目标函数对容积为10 m<'3>、宽深比为1、窖壁厚为12 mm的水窖进行优化设计.分析结果表明,圆柱形水窖的拉压应力集中在...

Abstract:This paper analyzed the structural stress of the different breadth depth ratio(0.5,1,2) and different thickness(12,16,21,27,31,and 36 mm) hollow PVC plates intertwined water tank by ANSYS software.And then,optimized design one of the tank with the minimum of construction cost used as the objective function,with wall of 12 mm and breadth depth ratio of 1.The results showed: the stress consisted in the bottom of cylindrical water tank.No-load was the most unfavorable conditions.When water tank had a capacity of 10 m3,thickness was 31 mm and 36 mm,breadth depth ratio was 2,water tank satisfied strength and rigidity requirement,under the most unfavorable conditions.Optimized design showed when thickness was 12 mm,and add a enclose hoop with 27 mm thickness and 383 mm height at the bottom,can satisfied strength,rigidity,and lowest cost requirement.Based on this,hollow PVC plates intertwined water tank could be built.
